Customers have five (5) days from the date of purchase to request a full refund for any product or service purchased from MoreLife Global. To request a refund, please email with your order number and a brief explanation of the reason for the refund request. Memberships can be cancelled at any time. Once a membership is cancelled, the customer will still have access to the service until the date of their next scheduled renewal.
